Josh has represented clients for injuries suffered in a variety of personal injury litigation areas including motor vehicle collisions, products liability, and defective premises. Josh has sought to represent his clients' interests by devising successful negotiation and settlement strategies, including resolving cases through mediation. When settlement cannot be reached, he will take the case to verdict. Practicing in multiple areas around the State, Josh is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association, and the Fairfield County Bar Association.
After graduating Syracuse University College of Law, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mark Cimino of the New Jersey Tax and Superior Courts, where he assisted Judge Cimino with the drafting of orders and opinions for cases involving tax, secured transactions, and family law matters. Following his clerkship, Josh joined a New York-based law firm where he litigated cases in the areas of labor & employment, civil rights, and torts and represented clients in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Josh earned an M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University.
In November 2021, Josh was elected to Norwalk, Connecticut's Common Council. He previously served as a member of Norwalk's Zoning Commission.
